Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity? Our top legal client in Luton is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their reputable team as a Residential Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and attending meetings and hearings when required.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other members of the team to ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintaining accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality, and complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property law.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, procedures, and precedents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of managing a caseload efficiently and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills in order to manage priorities effectively.
  • IT proficiency, including working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify potential issues and provide appropriate solutions.
