Our client is looking for an Admin Assistant who is seeking a new challenge and can contribute new ideas to the business! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business at an exciting time of growth.

Details of this Admin Assistant position include:

  • Liaising with clients via email and telephone correspondence.
  • Meeting and greeting clients coming into the premises and ensuring they are signed in.
  • Scanning in documentation and filing.
  • Booking in training courses for the operatives. 
  • Updating the CRM and carrying out data entry tasks on excel.
  • Managing returns.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be:

  • Previous office-based experience within a similar industry.
  • Computer literacy with strong knowledge in all MS packages.
  • High accuracy levels and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Able to remain calm in fast paced and high-pressure environments.
  • Organised and methodical.
