Have you got experience as an Engineering Manager within manufacturing? Are you qualified to HND/HNC/Degree level?

An excellent opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join an industry leading engineering company in an interesting and varied role. You will be given training to become a specialist in the field, alongside a range of other great benefits.

This well established business are now looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team as they continue their growth. Specialising in cutting edge electronics equipment, this market leader supplies their services to a wide range of clients including the aerospace, automotive and medical industries. They are recognised for the high level of customer service, quality and looking after their employees, which is reflected in their benefits package and low staff turnover.

The role itself will involve managing the various Engineering Teams across the site and ensuring the delivery of all divisions produce results to customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be educated at either HNC/HND/Degree level, with experience working in a manufacturing environment previously. Knowledge of electronic components is needed, alongside clear attention to detail and being an avid problem solver.

• Oversee engineering divisions across the business.
• Ensure processes meet current standards and align with future goals.
• Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays).

• Electronics knowledge.
• Qualified to HND, HNC, or degree level
• Experience in people management within a manufacturing environment.
• Commutable to Luton.
