Job Title: Retail Merchandising Manager (Field-Based)
Location:Luton (Hybrid 2 days office, 3 days on the road)
Salary:£60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Benefits

About the Role:
UBT are seeking a Retail Merchandising Manager with strong experience in managing field-based teams to lead and enhance the in-store brand representation. This position is an exciting opportunity to help shape the in-store experience, developing strategies that captivate customers and drive sales across multiple retail locations. Working closely with your team of merchandisers, youll support and empower them to exceed performance goals, develop their skills, and implement merchandising initiatives that reflect the company brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management & Development:Lead, manage, and support a team of field-based merchandisers across multiple store locations, focusing on day-to-day team needs, skill development, and performance improvement.
  • Merchandising Strategy Implementation:Design and execute innovative merchandising strategies that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • In-Store Visual Consistency:Oversee the consistent application of the brand standards, ensuring displays are visually engaging, brand-consistent, and strategically located to maximize visibility.
  • Performance Monitoring:Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure merchandisers meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Store Collaboration:Collaborate with store managers and product teams to implement tailored merchandising plans, addressing store-specific needs and customer demographics.
  • Travel Flexibility:Based near Luton, youll spend 2 days per week at the Luton office and 3 days on the road supporting and evaluating team activities across different locations.
