Onsite for the first month, then hybrid 2 days on site and 3 days WFHWe are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee pay details within the ADP payroll system.

Responsibilities: Payroll Administrator

  • Input payroll data into the ADP system accurately, including salary amendments, changes to working hours, overtime, bonuses etc.
  • Collate, review and process employee timesheets and attendance records directly in ADP.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure proper documentation of all processes.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ADP specialists to resolve system errors or issues flagged during payroll runs.
  • Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations whenever required.

Qualifications & Skills: Payroll AdministratorPrevious experience in a Payroll administration role.Proficiency with ADP payroll systems and a solid understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements, preferred.Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.Ability to accurately process large volumes of data in a timely manner.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle and process sensitive employee data confidentially.Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
