Title: Payroll Administrator   Location: Luton/Hybrid Type: Permanent and Full TimeJGA are partnered with a growing payroll function, seeking an experienced payroll professional, who can work in a busy and fast paced function.  Do you hold the following key competencies?
  • How to calculate a manual payslip
  • SSP knowledge
  • End to end experience processing
  • High volumes of payroll, across weekly deadlines
  • Good legislative knowledge
  • You are going to be able to work fairly independently and hit the ground running
Main Responsibilities:
  • Full processing of weekly / monthly payrolls
  • Processing starters, leavers, and payroll changes
  • Administering Company Sick Pay and Statutory Sick Pay schemes
  • Administering the payment of deductions
  • Production of payslips
  • Production of the necessary records and documentation to ensure the timely and accurate payment of wages.
  • Production of reports to assist Functional and Garage teams
  • Perform control checks as necessary
  • Answering payroll related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure payroll documentation is up-to-date
  • Assisting with other tasks in the office as required
