- Managing starters, leavers, and payroll changes
- Administering Company Sick Pay and Statutory Sick Pay schemes
- Processing payroll deductions and ensuring accurate payments
- Producing payslips and payroll reports
- Ensuring payroll records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
- Conducting control checks to maintain payroll accuracy
- Responding to payroll queries from internal and external stakeholders
