Title: Payroll Administrator   Location: Luton/Hybrid Type: Permanent and Full TimeAre you an experienced payroll professional looking to join a dynamic team? We’re seeking a Payroll Administrator who can hit the ground running and confidently handle high-volume payroll processing.Key Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to manually calculate payslips
  •  Strong knowledge of SSP and statutory payments
  •  End-to-end payroll processing experience
  •  Experience managing high-volume payroll within tight deadlines
  •  Solid understanding of payroll legislation
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls ( High Volumes)
  • Managing starters, leavers, and payroll changes
  • Administering Company Sick Pay and Statutory Sick Pay schemes
  • Processing payroll deductions and ensuring accurate payments
  • Producing payslips and payroll reports
  • Ensuring payroll records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
  • Conducting control checks to maintain payroll accuracy
  • Responding to payroll queries from internal and external stakeholders
