The Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic Compliance Executive to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that healthcare staff meet all regulatory requirements and standards before starting their placements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in compliance within the fast-paced recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the recruitment and operations team to ensure healthcare candidates meet all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform pre-employment compliance checks, such as right-to-work verifications, DBS checks, professional qualifications, and employment history verifications.
  • Ensure candidate documentation is complete, accurate, and stored in line with data protection policies.
  • Keep up to date with healthcare regulations, ensuring all recruitment processes align with current legislation.
  • Liaise with candidates to guide them through the compliance process, providing support and advice as necessary.
  • Monitor the expiry dates of essential documentation and update records accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate compliance files.
  • Support internal audits and prepare compliance reports for management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates regarding compliance queries and issues.

About You:We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to start a career in compliance. You will need:

  • A good general education (GCSEs in Maths and English, grades A-C, or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with an eye for detail.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Confidence in working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
