Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to KS1 and KS2 pupils
  • Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Plan and implement engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school's aims and objectives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Have an up to date DBS or be willing to apply for a new one
  • Have experience as a Primary Teacher (KS1 & KS2), ECTs are also encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrate a commitment to high expectations and self-belief
  • Be enthusiastic about providing support, challenge, encouragement, and praise to students
  • Share our passion for creating enriching learning experiences
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and eager to contribute to a dynamic school environment
  • Will be able to commute to/around Luton
