Quality Engineering SupervisorLuton£16-18PHOur client who is a very sucessfuly famiy run business is looking for a Mechanical Inspector to head up a small quality departments as a department supervisor.Skills Required for the Mechanical Inspector?    First off inspection of parts ensuring they are within tolerance of the products drawings?    Patrol inspection?    Using specialised equipment to measure parts, including CMM and shadow graph?    Final in-depth inspection of components, involving visual checks, paperwork checks and dimensional checks?    FAIR reviews – Ensuring that FAIR is traceable back to its raw material and meeting AS9100 standard ?    Making sure we are meeting the requirements set out by AS9100 spec.?    Calibration – making sure everything is up to date and meeting companies requirements.?    Material trace – Ensuring parts are made to drawing requirements and are correct all the way throughout manufacturing.?    Ability to work within a fast paced environment and under pressure?    Able to prioritise the daily task/work set out by the Op’s Manager20 days paid leave p/a rising by 1 day for every completed year up to 25 daysPension scheme4 day working week, Mon – Thurs (10 hours per shift)apply to
