This fantastic block management company is looking for someone who has demonstrable experience within this sector who can effectively look after a local portfolio of sites, centralised between Watford to Milton Keynes.

As part of the training scheme, this company can help fund the remaining exams for your TPI qualification which will lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion! The ideal candidate for this position would have started their TPIs (previously IRPMs) or if you are already ATPI or MTPI, this can be reflected in salary. QBE can also be considered.
Salary ranges between £35-40,000 + bonus + benefits, on top of an extra £3,600 car allowance. Higher salaries can be discussed.
After training, this role will be mostly be remote working so a successful candidate will need a solid background and understanding of leasehold block management.
