Office Receptionist

My client is a dynamic European Company with their European HQ in Luton.

They are looking for a professional, well presented, and friendly temporary receptionist to meet and greet all visitors, answer incoming calls, and undertake administration duties.

Location: Luton, Beds

Role:The team are looking for a friendly receptionist to be the 'representation' of their company You will be a well presented individual who has great people and communication skills, both verbal and writtenResponsible for dealing with visitors to the company and ensuring they are welcomed and signed in in a professional manner, following Health and safety protocol Answering all incoming calls and transferring them through to the correct destination, taking a detailed message to disseminate to the relevant person where required - ACCURACY IS ESSENTIAL HEREYou will be responsible for all postal duties, from collecting, opening and distributing incoming post to sorting, franking and posting all outgoing post Required to support in general administrative duties so Word and Excel along with good, accurate keyboard / data entry skills are essential You will be confident in dealing with all levels of people from the CEO down You will be someone that uses their initiative to ask for things to do in quieter moments and be happy to work with the team doing ad hoc duties You will be responsible for booking hotels, flights, taxis ensuring detailed records and information collected for smooth transaction The Company A professional, friendly, market leader in their field and experiencing further growth.
