**Role Requirements**
- A keen interest in working in childcare and having a positive impact on childrens well being.
- Comfortable working with children with different SEND including Autism.
- Ability to adapt to different learning abilities.
- Happy to be flexible and support the school in several areas where appropriate.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Contribute effectively to the overall success of the school.
