As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs
- Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Supporting students in their academic and personal development
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Managing classroom behavior and promoting positive social interactions
- Helping with personal care tasks, where necessary
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable
