Administrative Coordinator Officer

12 month FTC, Full time (36.25 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.45 - 17.00)

4 days working from home with Wednesdays in the Leicestershireoffice

Our friendly membership organisation client is currently seeking an administrator to support the Product Supervisor in delivering the day to day function of the commercial division of the business.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Provide administration and operational support for member products and services offered by the association, ensuring high levels of operational efficiency and excellent customer service
  • Operational responsibility for financial procedures relating to the jobs board. Accountable for achieving targets and tasks relating to credit control processes, creating and issuing invoices, liaising with the finance department for payments, arranging subscription refunds.
  • Provide administrative technical support for existing products. This includes the reviewing and relaying of performance statistics to members and advertisers in relation to their directory listings and job adverts. Investigating and resolving member and advertiser queries. Handling a range of functional issues with established procedures and good practice and using technical and professional knowledge.
  • Provide support for members, via telephone and email. Assist on a range of issues, applying product knowledge and experience to offer sound advice.

Knowledge & experience:

  • Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative environment, with good working knowledge of office systems and procedures.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise own work, drawing on experience to make sound judgements.
  • Administer established systems and processes in support of the team
  • Communicates effectively both orally and in writing. Proficient at building relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with MS Dynamics
