Warehouse Team Leader

365 People are currently recruitng for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our clients returns department.

Working the PM shift - 14.30/22.30, the Warehouse Returns Team Leader will overseethe operations of the returns department within the warehouse.

This role ensures the efficient handling, inspection, and processing of returned goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and customer service. The Team Leader manages a team of associates, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily returns operations, including receipt, inspection, sorting, and restocking of returned products.
• Develop and maintain efficient workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of returns
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates handling returns.
• Ensure returned items are accurately recorded in the inventory management system.

Shift:

Monday to Friday - 14.00/22.30
