Warehouse Team Leader - Lutterworth

Salary: 23,302 per annum
Full-time, permanent
Own transport required

A leading supply chain business is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in Lutterworth. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy and quality control before goods leave the warehouse. You'll play a key part in minimising errors and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee stock accuracy in the depot and verify stock loaded into trailers against drivers' paperwork.
Check the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
Ensure all team members meet performance targets.
Conduct weekly supervision meetings with each team member.
Monitor audit data and provide feedback on performance, output, and error rates.
Respond effectively to verbal instructions and warning devices.
Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Use basic Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting.

Role Details:

Location: Customer distribution centre, Lutterworth
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts with varied start times between 06:00-14:00
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (plus a 30-minute unpaid break daily)
Working Environment: Ambient
Transport: Own vehicle required due to location
