Process & Projects Manager Responsibilities:
- Analyse client needs and collaborate with the Commercial Director to prepare quotes and bids.
- Manage the full scope of projects from planning through to execution, including the creation of detailed project schedules.
- Conduct site assessments, take necessary measurements, and collect relevant data for producing accurate technical drawings.
- Generate and revise General Arrangement and Detailed drawings throughout project phases, ensuring updates are properly documented.
- Develop feasibility reports and related design documents, such as validation records and user guides, ensuring compliance with current health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage project costs and ensure budget adherence.
- Oversee sub-contractors on site.
- Specify components and identify suppliers to enable procurement processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with customer expectations and requirements.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge to improve job performance and remain effective in the role.
The Candidate:
- Project management experience: Able to manage projects from planning to execution, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail: Capable of creating accurate documentation, tracking revisions, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Continuous improvement mindset: Proactively pursues professional development and stays updated on industry standards and safety regulations.
- Budget and cost management: Experienced in managing project budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation for efficiency and profitability
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
