Customer Support Administrator – Immediate Start!

Full Time – Temporary to Permanent 

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours (No Evenings or Weekends or Bank Holidays) 

Basic Salary: £27,000.00 Per Annum

Location: Lutterworth

Customer Support Administrator role:

  • Sole responsibility of issuing documents to customers prior to delivery of goods.
  • Dealing with external suppliers after orders processed ensuring timed delivery
  • Full responsibility of business mailbox
  • Administration duties on a day to day basis
  • Dealing with customers over the telephone as well as via email
  • Maintain company records at all times
  • Working effectively to deadlines and under pressure
  • Utilising reports to deal with suppliers
