Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours (No Evenings or Weekends or Bank Holidays)
Basic Salary: £27,000.00 Per Annum
Location: Lutterworth

Customer Support Administrator role:
- Sole responsibility of issuing documents to customers prior to delivery of goods.
- Dealing with external suppliers after orders processed ensuring timed delivery
- Full responsibility of business mailbox
- Administration duties on a day to day basis
- Dealing with customers over the telephone as well as via email
- Maintain company records at all times
- Working effectively to deadlines and under pressure
- Utilising reports to deal with suppliers
