Our client, a leading distribution company based on Magna Park, Lutterworth is looking to recruit a number of Quality Controllers to join their team. Working within a team, you will ensure that the products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach their customers.

The Quality Controller Role;

  • Inspecting, testing, and verifying products to ensure they comply with our quality standards and specifications
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Perform regular audits of warehouse processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Document and report any quality issues or defects found during inspections
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to implement corrective actions and prevent future quality issues
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.

Our Ideal Quality Controller Candidate;

  • Experience in a quality control role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quality conscious with an awareness of Health & Safety
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the working environment
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills as working within a team
