Salary; 12.50 per hour
Shift; 4 on 4 off 6.00am-6.00pm

Our client, a leading distribution company based on Magna Park, Lutterworth is looking to recruit a number of Quality Controllers to join their team. Working within a team, you will ensure that the products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach their customers.
The Quality Controller Role;
- Inspecting, testing, and verifying products to ensure they comply with our quality standards and specifications
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform regular audits of warehouse processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Document and report any quality issues or defects found during inspections
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to implement corrective actions and prevent future quality issues
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
Our Ideal Quality Controller Candidate;
- Experience in a quality control role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Quality conscious with an awareness of Health & Safety
- Ability to adapt to changes in the working environment
- Highly motivated and driven
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills as working within a team
