£11.44 per hour

Our automotive solutions client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic administrator to join the team in an office based role.
You’ll act as the key connection between our workshop team and customer service department, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service.
This is an ideal role for someone at the start of their career who is eager to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in an office environment.
Full training will be given.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily schedules
- General administration including data entry, filing and responding to emails
- Updating job cards
- Updating customers on vehicle progress
- Working from spreadsheets supplied by the workshop controller/technical manager for priority vehicles
Skills and experience:
- Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management
- Excellent I.T skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must hold a full UK driving Licence
