Our automotive client in Leicestershire is seeking a customer focussed individual who has aninterest in motor vehicles to work within their team of Inspectors and Quality Control Inspectors to modify bodyworks estimates, process authorisations and upgrades once in work. You will be liaising with customers discussing inspections standards and inspection quality queries.

Main Tasks

  • Explain to customers the best solution for vehicles to be repaired
  • Process accurate estimates of work including time and cost
  • Able to engage confidently with team members at different levels, demonstrating strong interpersonal and influencing skills to ensure success
  • Data entry on their in house system
  • Develop relationships with customers
  • Required to adhere to HSE policies and processes at all times

Person Spec

  • Strong understanding of repair methods and how to explain the need to each customer
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An understanding of all components of a vehicle, both car and commercial
  • Excellent communication and organisationalskills essential
  • Sound IT skills (Excel) and the ability to pick up new processes and procedures easily
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and sometimes under pressure
