Monday to Friday (40hrs) 8am - 4.30pm

£12.51 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our automotive client based in Bruntingthorpe.

Due to the location, you will need to have your own transport

You will be alongside the mechanical workshop and be responsible for providing daily updates to the customer service team on vehicle progress, whilst working closely with the workshop controller.

Strong administration skills and experience is essential, and the ability to manage your own workload in a fast paced environment is essential.

You must be available to start immediately.

Key responsibilities:

  • To be main contact for all departments
  • Scheduling work to meet customer needs
  • Coordinating daily schedules
  • Updating job cards
  • Updating customers on vehicle progress
  • Working from spreadsheets supplied by the workshop controller/technical manager for priority vehicles

Skills and experience:

  • Automotive background would be an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent I.T skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Must hold a full UK driving Licence
