The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and increasing order values. Your key responsibilities include:
Managing and developing an existing customer base to drive repeat business
Identifying sales trends and maximising order values across our full product range
Proactively generating new business and reactivating dormant accounts
Holding consultative conversations with customers to understand their needs
Working in a supportive, team-driven environment to achieve sales targets
Requirements
Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
A data-driven mindset to identify trends and maximise sales opportunities
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused
