Description
IT System Implementations & Administration
- Lead and support new system implementations, upgrades, and integrations (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Gather system requirements from stakeholders and ensure smooth deployment.
- Configure, test, and integrate systems with existing business applications.
- Provide ongoing administration and troubleshooting for ERP and CRM platforms.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Perform SQL Server data mining and analysis to generate business insights.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Automate repetitive tasks and data processes using VBA scripting.
Process Mapping & Business Optimization
- Document and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Design and implement automated workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Work with business teams to ensure system changes align with operational goals.
Technical Support & Training
- Provide end-user training and documentation for new system implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with vendors as needed.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business systems.

Profile
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, IT implementations, or a similar role.
- Strong skills in SQL Server, Power BI, VBA scripting, and ERP/CRM administration.
- A solid understanding of process mapping and workflow automation.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts to business users.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Experience working collaboratively across IT, business, and vendor teams.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SuperOffice would be great, but not essential.
- The ideal candidate will already be living within an hour's commute of the site in Lydney.
