The Role

As General Manager you will create a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way.

You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, Care, Community and Connection.

As a new Rockfish General Manager, you will be supported by structured training before you start in your restaurant, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish.

You will be required to have at least one years experience at General Manager level in a similar restaurant environment.

The Basic Salary for this role is £38k p/a plus tips, bonus and paid overtime .
