Prospero Teaching are seeking to appoint a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join a welcoming and warm school in Lymington. The successful candidate will help to support the school's daily operations. They should be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for contributing to a positive school atmosphere.
As a Administrative Assistant, you will:

- Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Maintain student records and update databases.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating school events.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed.

To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide references upon request
- Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
