As the Bookkeeper / Administrator you will manage our clients’ financial transactions and support our client’s business operations. If you're experienced in Xero and Excel, highly organised, and looking for a flexible working environment, we’d love to hear from you. You will be working for a well-established Marine business based in Lymington.
Duties and responsibilities of the Bookkeeper / Administrator:
•    Record and manage daily financial transactions    Â
•    Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns     Â
•    Invoice customers via Xero and follow up on overdue accounts    Â
•    Process supplier payments and maintain creditor records    Â
•    Maintain organise financial records and documentation    Â
•    Assist the Director with administrative tasks as needed
•    Work closely with the company accountant
Qualifications and requirements for the Bookkeeper / Administrator :
•     Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role   Â
•     Ability to work independently and in a team  Â
•     Level 2 & 3 AAT qualification
•     2 year of accounting experience (preferred)   Â
•     5 years of bookkeeping experience (required)   Â
•     Must be able to travel to Lymington for workÂ
