This Maintenance Technician position is working for a manufacturer in the Lymington area. The role is Monday to Friday, working a 37.5 hour week. The role is permanent and fully onsite. The Maintenance Technician position is looking to pay a salary of up to 26,000 depending on experience.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring production equipment operates reliably, adhering to maintenance schedules, and swiftly addressing breakdowns to minimise downtime. Duties include maintaining and improving manufacturing processes, supporting production training, and ensuring all plant and equipment meet required standards. The role involves process development, data collection, collaboration with engineers, and maintaining conditions on-site. The technician ensures compliance with health, safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, while seeking continuous improvement and liaising with contractors for effective utility management.

You will need:

  • At least 1 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience within a production/manufacturing facility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • To be able and willing to commute to Lymington
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills
