To be considered for the Home Manager role, you'll need:

  • An NMC nursing pin preferred but not essential
  • Home management experience in an elderly care setting to include nursing care
  • A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager.
  • An NVQ in social care management.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and solid values about quality care provision.
