HR Administrator
Lyndhurst (hybrid)
22 HOURS PER WEEK - MUST INCLUDE MONDAY & TUESDAY

Do you have a knack for HR administration and love working in a fast-paced environment? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment admin processes, including drafting contracts and maintaining personal records
* Update and maintain HR information on our internal systems
* Utilise our recruitment portal to post job adverts and screen applications
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
* Support the Training Administrator with organising and monitoring staff training and development activities
* Assist with drafting adverts for job vacancies
* Prepare and handle all onboarding paperwork and processes
* Conduct pre-employment checks as required
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in HR or recruitment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
