- Check stock and order in parts for assembly
- Confirm timelines and delivery dates and update stock control system.
- Keep customer updating throughout the process.
- Prepare customer invoices as required following shipment or in liaison with other members of the team.
- Monitor annual payments and issue reminders to clients
- Assist as needed with bill and payment entries
- Assist as needed with credit control
- Order office supplies as required.
- Recent administration experience
- Understanding of accounts, bookkeeping and VAT
- Organised and able to prioritise
- Self motivated
- Keen eye for detail
- £25,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience
- Up to 25 days holiday + public holidays
