An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded firm of Independent Financial Advisors based in Lytham. Key Responsibilities:- Processing new business applications efficiently and accurately
- Preparing client valuations and illustrations
- Liaising with product providers and third parties to ensure seamless administration
- Compiling pre-meeting documentation for financial advisers
- Assisting the paraplanning team with administrative tasks
- Providing comprehensive administrative support across the business
- Acting as a key point of contact for paraplanners, addressing technical administrative queries
- Managing general administrative duties and maintaining client communication
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role within an IFA environment
- Strong knowledge of financial products and administrative processes
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations of both colleagues and clients
- Proficiency in using online provider platforms
- Ideally, some progress towards Financial Planning Certificate/RO examinations (desirable but not essential)
- Basic salary of up to £27,000
