Our client is a reputable and well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers seeking to appoint an additional Administrator to join their close-knit team. Working in collaboration with Financial Advisers, and a team of Paraplanners where the successful Candidate will be responsible for -

  • Processing new business applications
  • Creating Client Valuations & Illustrations
  • Liaising with Product Providers & third parties
  • Preparing pre-meeting documentation for Advisers
  • Assisting paraplanning team
  • Providing administrative support to a team
  • Be a point of contact for Paraplanners for technical administrative queries
  • General Administration duties
  • Client Contact

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

  • A wide knowledge of the different administrative roles and varied industry products
  • At least two years’ experience of working in administration within a busy IFA office
  • Excellent prioritisation skills to meet, if not exceed, deadlines
  • The ability to manage expectations of all staff and clients
  • A good working knowledge of online provider platforms
  • Ideally, some Financial Planning Certificate/ RO exams (but not necessary)
