Our client is a reputable and well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers seeking to appoint an additional Administrator to join their close-knit team. Working in collaboration with Financial Advisers, and a team of Paraplanners where the successful Candidate will be responsible for -
- Processing new business applications
- Creating Client Valuations & Illustrations
- Liaising with Product Providers & third parties
- Preparing pre-meeting documentation for Advisers
- Assisting paraplanning team
- Providing administrative support to a team
- Be a point of contact for Paraplanners for technical administrative queries
- General Administration duties
- Client Contact
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
- A wide knowledge of the different administrative roles and varied industry products
- At least two years’ experience of working in administration within a busy IFA office
- Excellent prioritisation skills to meet, if not exceed, deadlines
- The ability to manage expectations of all staff and clients
- A good working knowledge of online provider platforms
- Ideally, some Financial Planning Certificate/ RO exams (but not necessary)
