Our client, a well-established independent agent, is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Lytham St Annes

Working hours of a Lettings Negotiator: 

  • Monday to Friday

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered: 

  • Up to £23,000 basic 
  • OTE up to £28,000

Lettings Negotiator requirements: 

  • Experience in Lettings  
  • Strong Customer service experience
  • Full UK Driving licence

Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include: 

  • To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
  • · Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
  • · Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals
  • · Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
  • · Helping build up our clients lettings brand and creating business.
  • · Various ad hoc duties
