The position offers a basic salary of up to £23,000 with an OTE of up to £28,000, along with benefits such as a company car and medical insurance.

Key responsibilities include generating new leads, conducting property viewings, drafting tenancy agreements, and handling enquiries.

Up to £23,000 basic
OTE up to £28,000

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

Experience in Lettings
Strong Customer service experience
Full UK Driving licence

Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include:

To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
· Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
· Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals
· Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
· Helping build up our clients lettings brand and creating business.
· Various ad hoc duties
