Your new roleThis is a 50/50 audit and accounts split role where you will be responsible for overseeing and preparing year-end, management accounts, VAT and tax returns for a diverse portfolio of local clients, reporting to managers alongside your work. Alongside your accounts work, you will take an active part in all areas of an audit from planning through to completion. Day-to-day duties will also include training the more junior members within the firm and developing strong client knowledge and relationships, providing insightful advice and guidance.What you'll need to succeedThe firm is seeking a professional accounts and audit senior who possesses previous experience within practice, preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, tax and VAT returns, as well as being able to confidently lead audit engagements with some exposure to training junior team members. You will be ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
