Role: Contact Centre Agent

Location: Macclesfield (100% office based)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shifts: Mon-Wed 9am-6pm/9.30am-6.30pm/10am-7pm (rotating wkly), Thurs 9.30am-6.30pm & Fri 9am-5.30pm

Salary: 24,000 OTE 30,000 (KPI based) + benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Agent to join a clients growing team based in Macclesfield. Close to the train station, the company offers free on-site parking. This role is not using a dialling system. The role requires good numeracy and literacy skills.

We are looking for a Contact Centre Agent who is a customer champion, creative thinker, problem solver. You will need to be friendly, positive, hard-working, someone who likes to think on their feet and is passionate about everything that they do.

You will be first point of contact for customers. Using your skills, you will undertake to complete an information gathering fact find with potential customers and explain the ongoing process. These will be from either warm inbound or outbound call campaigns.

Key responsibilities of the Contact Centre Agent

  • Receiving warm inbound calls from clients
  • Making outbound calls to customers who have made an enquiry
  • Transferring customers to other members of the team should the customer like to proceed
  • Taking compliant fact finds from clients
  • Chasing clients for outstanding documents
