Customer Service Liaison

Are you a customer service specialist, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Customer Service Liaison position.

About the role

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be part of our on-site team for a prestigious and renowned scientific and pharmaceutical company based in Macclesfield. You will be the main link between the FM Service Desk, hard services, soft services, and the customer for all ongoing jobs related to asset maintenance and site services. You will be the key connector that ensures the smooth collaboration between the customer and frontline FM services.

You will oversee handling incoming customer service requests, enquires and customer complaints and assigning them to the relevant areas of responsibility. You will also follow up on requests until they are completed ensuring the customer is updated on any issues or delays.

You will act as the 'voice and face' of the Service Desk.

Key responsibilities

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will manage customer communications, managing their needs and requirements. Track information, produce daily reports, connect with Technical SME's (Subject matter experts), connect with customers, act as a point of escalation, post job completion surveys, chase customer approvals and monitor resolution of incidents, escalating or reassign where necessary.
