This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinical negligence solicitor to join this rapidly growing firm. The firm owes their expansion to continued success and impressive results. The opportunity is based in Macclesfield on a hybrid basis or 100% Remote Working. The successful candidate will join their Clinical Negligence department and will deal with a quality caseload. The department is expanding due to their success in bringing in an influx of new work. Their current Clinical Negligence team is made up of 4 qualified Solicitors running around 60 files each. The team is very hands on and even with remote/hybrid working they continue to interact with each other over the phone and team emails. The supervisor of the team reviews cases at key stages and provides useful guidance/advice on progressing files as well as touching on other key points on the files which are handled as a team. The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience –• Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years clinical negligence experience• Extensive knowledge of clinical negligence work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial• Experience of handling claims arising from medical misdiagnosis, surgical negligence, prescription and medication errors, as well as dental negligence• Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim experience preferable but not essential)If you think this role could be the perfect next step for you, please don't hesitate to reach out or apply! You can contact me directly via: Email: Mobile:
