The IT Support Executive will be the cornerstone of the company's IT operations, ensuring seamless technical support across the organisations main business and subsidiary encompassing some 55 employees.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure, contributing directly to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Address and resolve user queries related to Windows laptops.
• Manage and support Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Set up new users and handle basic IT support queries and problems.
• Provide proactive solutions and build strong relationships with team members..

Skills and Experience Required:

•  A minimum of three years' experience in an office-based IT support role.
• Proficiency in managing Windows laptops and understanding Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with AWS and MySQL databases is highly desirable.
• Scripting experience in Python or PHP would also be advantageous.
• An interest in cloud technologies is also beneficial.
