Job Purpose

Offering unrivalled standards to client service through highly trained and motivated workforce to which people in the industry aspire to belong.To Manage and provide an outstanding service to all panel solicitors in order to maximise profit through ensuring all matters are dealt with in accordance to deadlines.
Core Activities
- To Manage the Team to ensure a high quality of service is received by all panel solicitors, patients and experts
- To be fully aware of the Service Level of Agreements with all panel solicitors and experts and that they are being met
- To be fully aware of each team Members role and the Service Standards and to ensure the team members adhere to these accordingly
- Participate as required in own development to ensure implementations of any changes and developments are enhanced
- To participate in the team tasks where required to ensure all jobs are completed to the required deadline.
- To Manage existing medical experts to ensure we are using the correct experts in line with costing and service received.
- To source new experts to replace existing experts who are currently charging high fees or not providing appointments/reports to the service level required.
- To source any new experts required by solicitors i.e. dependant on clients injuries
- Liaise with Experts and Solicitors on a regular basis
- Ad-hoc requests from Line Manager and Solicitors.
