Our client is looking for an HR Advisor with a solid understanding of HR policies to join their experienced HR team.
The role involves providing HR advice to Line Managers and employees, handling complex cases, and coaching Line Managers.
Candidates should have previous HR experience in the UK, particularly in managing grievances and disciplinaries.
The salary for this position is £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, for a 12-month contract.
This role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home, along with provided lunches when in the office.

Our client is seeking an HR Advisor with a good understanding of HR policies to join their experienced and dynamic HR Team. This is a pivotal role in providing HR advice and guidance to Line Managers and employees.

HR Advisor Responsibilities

Handle complex cases - disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management, escalating when necessary
Coach Line Managers to enhance their HR knowledge
Support HR project - diversity & inclusion programs, policy updates and organisational change
Offering advice on HR best practices, compliance and employment law
Work alongside Learning & Development, Recruitment and Payroll team

HR Advisor Experience

Have previous HR experience gained in the UK
Experience in dealing with grievances and disciplinaries
Good understanding of UK HR policies
