Our client is seeking an HR Advisor with a good understanding of HR policies to join their experienced and dynamic HR Team. This is a pivotal role in providing HR advice and guidance to Line Managers and employees.
HR Advisor Responsibilities
- Handle complex cases - disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management, escalating when necessary
- Coach Line Managers to enhance their HR knowledge
- Support HR project - diversity & inclusion programs, policy updates and organisational change
- Offering advice on HR best practices, compliance and employment law
- Work alongisde Learning & Development, Recruitment and Payroll team
HR Advisor Experience
- Have previous HR experience gained in the UK
- Experience in dealing with grievances and disciplinaries
- Good understanding of UK HR policies
HR Advisor Salary & Benefits
- Salary £29, 000pa doe - Mon to Fri 8am - 4.30pm
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and two from home
- Lunch provided when in the office
