Responsibilities include monitoring, auditing, ensuring availability, patching, and implementing changes per change management processes, while also contributing to system improvements and upgrades.The ideal candidate has strong 3rd line support experience with expertise in Active Directory, Exchange 2016/Online, Office 365, Azure Services, Remote Desktop, and Terminal Services. Proficiency in Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco technologies is essential, along with experience managing Windows Server (2003-2022) and cloud-hosted IT services.   • Perform patching and apply changes in line with change management processes.
