Location: Macclesfield, Cheshire Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 PLUS 30 Days Holiday rising with service, Vendor Certifications / Qualifications, Private Pension, Private Healthcare, Pool Cars / Vans

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a well established, innovative Managed Service Provider in Macclesfield, Cheshire. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers and end-users, troubleshoot problems, and maintain a high level of service delivery. In addition to this, you will get involved in exciting project work and visit customer sites.

This business pride themselves on their company culture and being a great place to work, where employees are valued!Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and end-users, via both onsite and remote support • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals • Provide training and technical advice to customers and end-users • Create and maintain technical documentation• Monitor system performance and ensure system security • Participate in the implementation of new systems and technologies • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements: • Experience within an MSP environment is a plus• Technical Knowledge of Windows Server, Networking, and Virtualization Technologies such as Hyper-V or VMWare • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud technologies • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
