Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of Expert Witness Reports, Referrals and Responses in Adjudication.
  • Writing contractual correspondence, drafting and assessing cost claims.
  • Bringing in new business opportunities through industry contacts and networks.

The Person

  • Experienced in construction contracts and claims, with a background in larger contract environments or dispute consultancy.
  • Skilled in writing or assisting with expert witness reports, adjudication referrals and responses, and contractual correspondence.
  • Either working towards or already holding an LLM in Construction Law, MRICS, or MCIArb qualifications.
  • A proactive individual, with a desire to grow within the company.
  • Connected within the industry and able to bring in new business opportunities.
