- Lead and support the IFA Administrators by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and overseeing daily operations
- Assist advisers in preparing financial reports, valuations, and annual review packs, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Oversee training plans, analyse performance trends, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Act as a key client contact in the Wealth Planner’s absence, managing enquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Foster a positive team culture by celebrating success, encouraging collaboration, and supporting professional development.
- Track record of managing administration teams within the UK Financial Advice sector
- Proactive mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Ability to adjust to challenges and pressures in the day-to-day business
- Experience of achieving results, deadlines and SLA’s
- A basic salary of up to £42,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
