- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing pre-nuptial, cohabitation, and other family law agreements.
- Maintaining a high level of client service, understanding, and meeting clients’ needs with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Contributing to the team’s success by supporting and developing less experienced team members.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE in family law.
- Proven experience in managing a varied caseload of private family law matters.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player who contributes to the overall success of the department.
