A leading law firm in Macclesfield is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a diverse caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Role:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Mortgages and remortgages
  • Buy-to-let transactions

You will work independently while benefiting from a collaborative team environment, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and clients receive excellent service.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong billing and results-driven approach
  • Experience using Proclaim case management system (advantageous)
  • Excellent knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
